The Way to Work Career Fair connects local employers with job-ready candidates who are prepared to step into meaningful employment across a variety of industries.
Participating employers will have the opportunity to meet motivated candidates who have completed workforce readiness training, including résumé preparation, interview skills, and career coaching. Our candidates are actively seeking employment and are supported by ongoing coaching to ensure long-term success in the workplace.
