HOPE Ministries is looking for a Workforce Development & Education Coach to join our The Way to Work team!

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about helping people recognize their potential, overcome barriers, and take meaningful steps toward their career goals.

In this role, you’ll work one-on-one with clients as they pursue education, training, and industry-recognized certifications—providing the encouragement, accountability, guidance, and support they need along the way.
