Part-Time (Contract) Assistance Fund Processor Position Summary:
The Part-Time Team Member Assistance Fund (TMAF) Processor is responsible for supporting the review, processing, and documentation of financial assistance applications. This role ensures accurate evaluation of eligibility, timely communication with applicants, and proper documentation in accordance with the Assistance Fund’s guidelines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, empathetic, and capable of handling sensitive information with integrity and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate incoming TMAF applications for completeness and eligibility.

  • Collect and verify the required documentation to support each applicant’s claim.

  • Maintain consistent communication with applicants, including follow-ups, requests for additional documentation, and updates regarding application status.

  • Enter case notes accurately into the case management system Upload and organize all supporting documents within the case management system in a timely manner.

  • Use sound judgment and apply the Team Member Assistance Fund guidelines to determine applicant eligibility.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical handling of sensitive personal information.

  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Background in banking, customer service, management, or social services strongly preferred.

  • Experience working with confidential information or financial documentation is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.

  • Ability to exercise good judgment, empathy, and professionalism.

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with case management systems, digital documentation, and standard office software.

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule:

This is a part-time (contract)position, in office position with flexible scheduling based on workload and organizational needs.
